HIGHLIGHTS  >  FEATURED PROJECT

(Aldersyde, Alberta, December 2021) Mullen Trucking Corp (‘Mullen Trucking”), a long-term provider of full-service transportation, warehousing and distribution is proud to announce the addition of a fleet of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) powered Class 8 trucks as part of our sustainable transportation initiative.

The addition of the 2022 Kenworth T680 trucks (www.greatwestkenworth.com) which are powered with Cummins ISX12N engines, Agility CNG Fuel systems and Eaton Ultrashift transmissions facilitates the transition to reduced social, environmental and climate impacts of the transportation industry. CNG is proving to be an important part of the energy mix as the commercial transportation sector shifts to cleaner fuel sources. Our team’s collaboration with various OEM’s and tech companies has worked to advance CNG technologies. And our investment in these four new CNG trucks demonstrates Mullen Trucking, along with our parent Mullen Group’s, commitment to investing in sustainable technologies.

This fleet is currently deployed in Alberta, specifically within the Calgary to Edmonton corridor. As fueling infrastructure increases, additional assets will be procured, and services will be extended.

“We are fortunate to be part of Mullen Group Ltd, a Corporation that is committed to transitioning to new sustainable technologies. We look forward to the continued evolution of the transportation industry” says Mr. Edward Scherbinski, President of Mullen Trucking.
