As a member of the HSE and Risk Management team you are responsible for the Driver
Development & Compliance program. You will provide mentorship and support to our
current and future Commercial Drivers via hands on approach coaching, instructing, and
communicating best-in-class practices, Company Standards & Policies, and up-to-date
legislative requirements to ensure total compliance. With a proven ability to facilitate the
learning and commitment to safety & compliance excellence in both classroom and on-theroad environments. You will excel in this vital role as an advocate for the professional
behaviour and expectations set forth by Mullen Trucking Corp.
• Driver Orientation, Competency and Mentor Program
• HOS E-Log & Telematics Monitoring, Reporting, Trending Analysis & Corrective Actions
• Incident & Accident Investigation – Carrier Profile Analysis & Corrective Actions
• 5-10 Years Commercial Driving Experience – Class 1 CDL
• Detailed knowledge, understanding, and application of HOS, TDG, LCV, Load Securement,
Dimension & Weights
• Administrative skills – computer applications and programs (Microsoft Office)
• Aptitude for technology and problem solving
